Cream Corn Chicken With Rice

This is one of the dishes I always cook at home. It's easy and simple to prepare, and my children loves it very much.  This is a Chinese Cantonese Style Cooking, it usually can be found in Hong Kong style cafe.  I have modified the recipe, so this is a simpler version.  This is really easy, and a meal is ready in a short time.


This recipe serves 2 persons.
You will need
1 pc of chicken tigh (deboned)
1 can cream style corn
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut chicken into bite size or cube. Mix with pinch of salt and pepper, set aside.
  2. Roughly chop garlic
  3. In a pan, add a little oil, add garlic. Stir fry garlic until  fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken, and stir fry.
  5. Pour a can of cream style corn in the pan, stir fry with chicken and mix well. Let it simmer until boil. * you may add other vegatables too if you like such as carrots, bell peppers etc.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with rice.
